The process begins with an in-depth interview with prospective buyers. During this session, we engage with clients to understand their financial background, goals, and aspirations.

Preference Assessment and Project Guidance

Through a series of targeted inquiries, we identify customers’ preferences for real estate in Bangladesh.

Application and Credit Report Retrieval

Following this, we obtain their credit reports from the three major US credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, to gain a comprehensive view of their creditworthiness.

Document Collection:

At this stage, we collect essential financial documents from the customers, including pay stubs and tax returns for the past three years.



    Eligibility Assessment and Loan Qualification

    Our meticulous evaluation process enables us to accurately determine customers' eligibility for financing and the amount they will qualify for from our esteemed lenders. This ensures that the financing options offered are tailored to their specific circumstances.
